Pros
CGI is a very warm welcoming environment. Truly striving to establish a family style culture. For being a small company CGI has withstood the test of time and taken on some big name clients: EMC, ADP, LogMeIn, and Kronos just to name a few. Due to the small size of the company you have the opportunity to work directly with the entire team and generally input is considered from all team members.
Cons
The main location of CGI is in Westboro so for those living in Boston this can be a bit of a commute. Growth within the company can be stagnant as there is a tendency to pigeonhole employees into specific projects and clients. Lots of great ideas circulating for company growth but very slow to act on those which can get frustrating if you are looking for change to happen faster.

Pros
Family first, and very flexible work environment. Brent and Gwen truly care about the quality of the work that CGI produces. Project management team is great, and never miss a beat, making life as a creative much easier when you have all of the tools/information needed at the outset of a project. Account managers do an awesome job of client relations and securing new business.
Cons
Workflow could be streamlined with project management software. What CGI has works well, but there could be gained efficiencies.
