      The Staff Regulation of the European Commission provides a certain protection for the staff members.

      Cons

      Management: - Amateur, former police officers who are managing EU funded project without even knowing with Project management means. Bullying, lack of empathy, sexism is omnipresent in some Units.

      Pros

      CEPOL is definitely an excellent stepping stone, a chance to gain EU-level experience, develop valuable skills, and start building your own professional profile. Useful to learn as much as you can, absorb everything, and use it as a launchpad. It will definitely work in your favour in the long run.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t necessarily recommend CEPOL as a place to build a long-term career, CEPOL as an agency tends to be quite disorganized and occasionally chaotic, with less attention to content quality and more focus on preserving internal stability and existing structures.
