CEPOL interview questions

The process was quite lengthy and complicated. Speaking with multiple people. Unfortunately the contract conditions were not clear from the outset - they offered a temporary contract with probation period of 9months for a 2 year contract.

The process was quite lengthy, given the pandemic, the panel interview was conducted virtually. 4 or 5 people were present, asking relevant questions to assess the fit with the relevant job responsibilities. Nothing ground breaking.
