      Pros

      The management is top quality. They are considerate and professional. During the hiring process were helpful and encouraging.I appreciate everything.

      Cons

      The only thing that is frustrating is the business is dependent on the weather ( usually not a problem here in Arizona). It is one of those things out of their control.

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
