      Pros

      The team was wonderful. I never had to stay late. I could tell it felt like i was finally having a work life. balance

      Cons

      They decided to outsource the Share Services overseas and it was a fiasco. They don't offer personal time off but you have to use your PTO. Overall great company

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Cons

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
