Cemex Switzerland: know where you are stepping into - Anonymous CEMEX Employee Review

Turnover is enormous (of course not disclosed by Management) Expect NO career progression. Cemex management style is based on the "hero" manager model. This worked with skilled managers 30 years ago.. However local management in Switzerland is totally lost, (no strategy strategy or even any plan). They are the managerial laggards within Cemex. As usual, the pressure goes down to lower positions who are paying for the lack of competence of their leaders.
