      Small family owned company, they go out of their way to take great care of their employees. Great hours and a fun place.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side, but there are few job opportunities in Belen and cost of living is low.

      Pros

      Great place to learn about manufacturing of metal building products. The operations manager Brian makes it a point to know about you and your family, which makes coming into work very enjoyable.
