The interview was very long with a lots of technical questions, inearias such as structural analysis, hydraulics bulck material conveince and fabrication practicies

The questions were pretty easy. Mostly regarding Solidworks software
They are looking for few good men and women as a superintendent or project managers to work in California and about. They do demolition work and concrete. They have you submit a resume and then site downa nd interview with teh management staff before getting hired on.
