      Decent projects, good coworkers, good spot

      Cons

      spontaneous changes with the scheduled on site days, no flexibility, schedule changes every week so you can't adapt or come whenever you want. They can deduct your salary automatically if you are couple minutes late into clicking a button in the morning. Big changes to how on site is handled (for the worst) that are completely different from what we were told during hiring phase, especially for those who are 200kms far from Casablanca. Very weak goals management and tracking.

      Absolute garbage. This is how I was treated. This is also how I would categorize the leadership. I endured arrogant and hostile leaders who publicly dismissed and minimized my value in the workplace. Many were smug and condescending, and in many instances abusive. After managing PTSD and moving on to a fantastic company where I am thriving, I now know that that the problem was the deplorable behavior and culture. I would never recommend this company to any sane person.
