      budget cuts, low salary, isolated feel from mother company in France

      Team, people are nice in the office, remote work 3 times a week

      Cons

      - low salaries / under market - yearly salary review rules allowed only 1 person out of 4 to have a salary change, all other had 0 even if they had all stars or even over achieved in the yearly performance review - owned by a group of investors trying to get the most profit without concerns for working staff - taps itself in the back saying we have a high employee satisfaction from a 6.5 out of 10 !
