Flexibility. Wide range of knowledge at all levels amongst coworkers. Great opportunity to work with just about every vendor in the industry. CDI will give you anything you need basically to further your skillset. They very much value and support constant growth. And in my experience so far, when they say unlimited PTO, they mean unlimited PTO. I don’t abuse it but it has always been approved no questions asked.

RAISES! Why don’t you give them? I know it isn’t merit based. I’ve been complimented by my bosses bosses for these things. Can’t be time in company. Been at this job for almost 3 years and haven’t received a penny raise. I’ve only ever brought up raises during annual reviews and honestly my management didn’t seem to know how that works. Then it gets swept under the rug and due to your time and success within the company you will receive the extra responsibilities you gradually rack up over timer. It’s a great way to make proven talent feel under appreciated and unmotivated.
