-good tools to organize time -niche advantage in education market segment -boiler without being a boiler room -you eat what you catch

Cons

-very low pay -low benefits -probably stay only year and then move on to something better -it all comes down to what accounts you get -no outside sales -larger deals are hard to go after because of OEMs (so I focus on smaller accounts = less money) -just focused on one market segment
