Where to start... morale is at an all time low, turnover in upper management is rampant, ZERO communication, management has no regard for their employees, all they care about is the almighty dollar. Benefits are extremely expensive and are terrible. Employees walk around on egg shells wondering when they will be on the chopping block, Very unstable company.
