Pros
There are few reasons to work for CDI with the one exception being that there is slightly more dignity in collecting a paycheck from them then from unemployment office.
Cons
Dispicable culture, exceptionally toxic leadership. C-level team and senior leadership team are cowards and throw their employees under the bus for their bad decisions. Constant change of direction in terms of strategy.
