      fab colleagues keep you sane

      appalling place to work 4 days learning about gas and electric then thrown on phones with a pathetic script, then as you are talking to customers managers listen in to calls and start telling you what to say to the customer if you get it wrong one manager in particular will shout and yell instructions down the phone at you like raging lunatics, most employees don't stay long and are looking for other jobs, if targets are not been met the team leader will shout and swear and threaten to sack you, he uses his team as scapegoats constantly to cover his own inadequacies as a team leader

      Agents are friendly . Some managers are very friendly. Monday to Friday shifts. No weekends needed.

      Cons

      Paid late regularly. Owner does not know how to run a company . Losing contracts left right and center to the point where he is costing people jobs . He has also had to change company names 4 times due to debt and administration. people have gone from making solid bonus anywhere from £600 plus . To average bonus now being around £100. The people in control of the campaigns and looking after them are also like vultures . Do not care about staff .

      some managers are friendly and helpful good until they lose hours and don't need you

      if you show up everyday and get target they don't care about you will force you to change campaign with 1 day notice uper mangment are clueless and dont know what they are doing false promises campaign security they dont care about staff at all they will force you out when hours are cut
