The process started with a pre-interview call with the Head of Recruitment, which lasted around an hour. This was a really positive experience where we talked through my work history and what I could bring to the role. It was conversational and relaxed, with no competency-based questions. The second stage was a short video call with the operations team over Microsoft Teams. This lasted about 20 minutes and was more of an informal “getting to know you” chat, again with no formal questions.
