Pros

Pros were a lot of paid time off. Got all the federal holidays off and the pay was good.

Cons

However, the level of stress that you suffered on a daily basis was incredible. They are they nitpick everything they set very high production rate requirements paperwork is 100% of the Casci Bible (the book that contained every little move you made). It is impossible to make them happy. I honestly do not know how some of the people have worked there for 20 years or more. Constant micromanagement, they even monitor how long you are in the bathroom and will com looking for you!

Pros

I feel that I was paid appropriately for my experience and my work, and the incentives were wonderful. I loved (and still LOVE) the people that I worked with. They helped me through some of the toughest times of my life, and I honestly regret leaving.

Cons

The job itself is very stressful, but can also be very rewarding. It is also a tad hard to grow, as openings for other positions are few and far between.

Pros

Performance based bonuses, you can take your hour break at once or turn it into multiple small breaks.

Cons

Went from remote to hybrid (aka in office a majority of the time) with no notice, your health insurance is not free even though you are working for BCBS, overtime is mandatory. Even though you are an "advocate" most of the time you are just explaining to customers why BCBS won't cover their meds/procedure/etc. Prepare yourself to talk to someone's dying granny and not be able to help them at all. :(
