      Pros

      Work from home, part time work from home, make your own schedule, can do a 4 day work week, makeup time in place of using your vacation time, great vacation, holiday, sick pay, love the purchased pto , great medical benefits and options there,the job itself is better than other jobs I had with similar work, not boring, bonuses, overtime, monthly incentive checks if you reach the goals

      Cons

      Some things are just out of your hands in such a large company. The DO will make decisions based on finances, not actually how well it can work in the day to day processes for the people actually using it. They don't actually know what you do based on productivity and quality. Their incentives now were changed and geared more towards productivity,

      Pros

      I feel that I was paid appropriately for my experience and my work, and the incentives were wonderful. I loved (and still LOVE) the people that I worked with. They helped me through some of the toughest times of my life, and I honestly regret leaving.

      Cons

      The job itself is very stressful, but can also be very rewarding. It is also a tad hard to grow, as openings for other positions are few and far between.

      Pros

      Performance based bonuses, you can take your hour break at once or turn it into multiple small breaks.

      Cons

      Went from remote to hybrid (aka in office a majority of the time) with no notice, your health insurance is not free even though you are working for BCBS, overtime is mandatory. Even though you are an "advocate" most of the time you are just explaining to customers why BCBS won't cover their meds/procedure/etc. Prepare yourself to talk to someone's dying granny and not be able to help them at all. :(
