      -Decent Benefits -Better than Average vacation and sick day policy than other fashion companies -Flexible work, depending on your team -Design team is full of really talented people that are enjoyable to work with

      -Poor planning -Undervalue the skills of their team that causes low moral among team -Very hard to get a promotion even when you're a superdoer
