I EXPERIENCED and WITNESSED White management stating derogatory and racist comments about other non-white employees.....NEPOTISM AND FRATERNIZATION throughout my entire duration with this company. If you are a seasoned fierce leader, results driven, disciplined, takes the initiative, and a change agent THEN THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. If you enjoy working for a company that is manipulative, lacks integrity, does not live up their values or mission, and the treat like a mule then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. This is not a safe or healthy environment for Black and brown people.
