Pros
The only thing that got me through this job was the customer service aspect and some of the other employees. I liked making people happy every day and making them feel like they were shopping in an exclusive setting. The discount was pretty amazing, too.
Cons
It’s hard to get anything to change. Corporate pretends like you don’t exist so if you’re having a problem and need their help, good luck. The general managers here are also empowered too much. Since it’s hard to even get in contact with corporate, they become the end all be all of the store. General managers are also the only ones who have direct contact with any higher ups so basically if you have an issue with your general manager, you’re stuck dealing with it.
