Pros
They have a good discount for the employees, and they have a nice selection of clothes. Training is good and they provide with opportunities of growth within the company when opportunities arrive in, for committed employees. A lot of opportunities to gain customer service experience and built-in personal credentials for a future career.
Cons
The corporate policies are not followed by the letter, a lot of times, the company makes employees bent the rules to not lose a customer, which in turn makes it difficult for employees to make decisions based on training. There is also a lot of cuts on hours, so a lot of times we are understaffed and makes it difficult to help customers
