Pros
Unlimited time off is nice, but it depends on the contract you work on for operations staff. Flexibility to work from home but that also is contract dependent for operations staff.
Cons
Calibre leans on its benefits package to counterbalance the sub-market salary they compensate their operations staff. The benefits are dwindling as leadership continues to squeeze operations staff while corporate staff seemingly goes unscathed. Turnover is a big issue. Calibre claims they pay market rate however this rate has not adjusted since Covid and the resulting inflation this country has experienced especially the DC metro region.
