Good work life balance and the ability to telecommute. Good amount of work and ability to do more to show and demonstrate your abilities.
Cons
Nepotism does exist in this company. It is growing very fast and that may be bad for the organization as a whole. Very military dominated place of employment that may be a turnoff to some civilians.
