Great people to work with The ESOP is excellent if you can last 5 years and is a wealth generator 401K is 100% matching up to 4% and 50% up to 8% of your salary Corporate values were inline with my beliefs
Cons
It is an Army centric organization Some of its greatest leaders were pushed out and they are holding on to (very) old ideas. CEO is unapproachable CFO has been there too long CAO is not a good fit for this organization Corporate values are on the rocks...
