Pros
-Some good people to work with on various contract jobs. Benefits are on par with other companies. -You get to stay close to, and work with, the military community which is a plus if you're a former service member -Jobs are usually are not very hard to accomplish but are often very repetitive in nature.
Cons
-Low pay. -Poorly executed government contracts; they want you to provide great service with zero supplies or support from the company. -A lot of out of pocket expenses (phone calls, supplies, use of personal computers, etc) and commuting to and from various locations that you never get reimbursed for. -Too much repetitive, useless and time consuming paperwork -Non-existent promotion potential. - Workers are treated like 2nd class citizens, unless your upper management. If you work for a sub-contractor under Calibre it is even worse.
