Pros

Pay is fair but you really have to put in the work.

Cons

Micro managed by people who do not know the job. Management are snakes and will sink their teeth into you. It is a poisonous environment where you do the work and management takes all credit. When your manager tells the group in a meeting that he could give each 10% raise but that none of us are worth that after coming off a Covid year which was dangerous and challenging and the company took 10% away from our pay and did not give out raises… they don’t see your with!

Great team of people to work with, easy going environment, amazing benefits especially pto and sick time

Cons

Lots of nepotism among management that favor relatives or close friends for hiring, promotions, or assignments, also micro management and a get it done attitude rather than focus on quality
