Mid size international company still with a small company culture. Great people and great potential for growth

As the company is growing the influence of the USA division is getting more powerful

Fun and challenging work with plenty of travel, paid overtime, flexible hours and vacations, coworkers are very nice as well as immediate management (some of them actually care very much). Okayish benefits and option of a 50% share buying match.

Cons

Plagued by the traditional corporate issues: Salary increases are small, trying to reinvent the wheel in terms of some policies that in the end are mostly disliked by the employees. Justify more workload by blaming worker shortage. Low career advancement opportunities. In the past 10-20 years, talking from long term employees, it's been mostly cost cutting with less and less advantages and future outlook looks like more cuts are on the way.

Boss told me there are 24hrs in a day and 7 days in a week.. meaning overtime is mandatory because their not organized so rush the developers to meet unrealistic deadlines

- The work is very interesting - There is always work to do - Job security is at an all time high with the current state of the world - Very good onboarding training

- Middle management is not great. - There is often the classic "Good work means more work" mentality - Unrealistic delivery schedules are the norm - Forced overtime is often required - Very outdated technology

Innovative in term of product and solution, should invest more in their manufacturing and operations.

The salary was decent, especially for a fresh graduate, and the background requirements were not very strict. The coworkers were very friendly and helpful.

Too many meetings, a lot of proprietary software (untransferable skills), and the developers seniors are intimidating. The company is very profit driven, with a lot of layoffs, Workload can be heavy and overwhelming.
