      Initial trainings. Support from colleagues.

      Cons

      Unbelievable company policies. Very bad leave policies and work timings. For example if you reach office 15 mins late you will have to pay Rs. 1000 to company. Talent retention is not there. There are cases of when asked for leaves termination letter has been given.

      since its a start up company you will have loads to learn and gain some knowledge on the concepts of each and everything
