Unbelievable company policies. Very bad leave policies and work timings. For example if you reach office 15 mins late you will have to pay Rs. 1000 to company. Talent retention is not there. There are cases of when asked for leaves termination letter has been given.

Every month employees are fired without mercy When they fire they don't even settle the salary. The employee needs to literally beg to get his final settlement HR people say more human less corporate but never they have implemented it The feedback given in exit interviews are just. Tissue papers Whenever the CEO comes to India he will ensure to fire few senior employees. He has this as a best practice for him Employees abscond after getting the salary because if they intimate the resignation and serve the notice period... then he will never know when he will get his settlement During client visit employees are strictly instructed to come in formal dress code but the CEO will come in jeans and Tshirt ..what a rule... No one has job security No one is happy in the company No one can express their thoughts... if they try then they will be in the firing list One more shameful practice is... if someone writes a review in Glassdoor about Cadeploy Then immediately the management will write fake reviews to cover up... it will be more evidential... just see couple of days before someone wrote a review with all the facts... Immediately the company didn't think of rectifying the problem rather they write positive comments by themselves Let me challenge... ask anyone In the company... the holiday for Diwali was canceled stating client visit.. Toilets were closed for employees during client visit The management cannot hide these truths There are many such things to list about the company... One line conclusion.., please don't prefer this company... please don't waste your precious time in joining this company
