Pros

They will pay above scale if you hold firm. Because of all the hidden cost of lost benefits, i.e. Need to ask for xtra $20k to break even vs other companys.

Cons

Orlando hasn't shipped a single flight unit, and won't be around very much longer at this rate. Customers report card is RED for us. Shareholders upset at the 10s of millions we've lost. Takes 3 yrs to be vested in 401k match portion, for which company or yourself won't be around (-$10k benefit). Layoffs occurring in California, NJ, and Orlando. There is No vacation time bank/nor rollover, so when ya leave no xtra ~$8k check . Time off approval is rarely given. Mgmt Will have you working weekends as understaffed reduces ure salery rate/hr. CACI Orlando has a higher rate of turnover and layoffs even that of newly hired Planners, techs, engineers, Mgrs just 45-90 days after onboarding.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
