Decent benefits, wide range of employment opportunities, a bit much on the money grubbing. - Senior Project Manager CACI International Employee Review

Pros

They offer a competitive benefits package and a generous degree completion program. They have a widely dispersed work force and it is easy to find new jobs within the company for those looking to only spend a year or two on one task.

Cons

They push too strongly to turn work for government clients into business development opportunities. For an IT company, the internal IT infrastructure sucks. They often seem more profit-driven than job-focused. Bureaucracy slows their ability to respond to emerging opportunities.

Pros

Great company with major growth happening in the public sector. I was hired with no direct experience, only transferable skills. I learned all things contracts while on the job have been able to apply what I learned to help me grow in my career.

Cons

I was let go due to a misunderstanding and told I violated policy. No warning or corrective course of action. Still one of the Greatest work experiences I had up until that point, and I’d go back in an heartbeat.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
