Pros

Average income; good benefits. You work from home. Team Lead is helpful and easy to contact.

Cons

Though it is indicated by this company's codes that quality is priority, as with all private companies it boils down to production production production. As many cases as possible as quickly as possible meeting the minimum quality to clear the cases. This direction will eventually lead to CACI meeting the same fate as USIS. The dollar takes more and more precedence. One day the government will learn that every thing is based on the holy dollar in the private sector. And do not be fooled this is an investigator position. That is a title. All you will do is fill in the blanks. As the preponderance of this work is by private corporations, it is pretty much this way amongst all the companies. Of course you will read of those that state "great work, great company," but be assured, that is fluff. Anyone that truly does this work, and has done the work for any length of time, will tell you - it's a job. And is a job that will steal all or as much of your personal life as you allow. You will read the "family importance" in ad's for this company. But they will work you 7 days a week 12+ hours a day, if you allow it.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
