Pros

CACI is a serial acquisition firm, so you are a part of a large company but work in small isolated teams. This means you know your boss, and your boss knows you. This works because it makes the work feel more small business and focused.

Cons

CACI likes to put the corporate thumb on their acquired properties. So you get handed corporate BS without real understanding of the small team's objectives. CACI's leadership is too far removed to really give a care about the teams, but force productivity goals that make no sense for those markets.

Pros

The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

Cons

The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
