Army Green Bret of 10 years - in all my life from the regular Army to being on an ODA its the most unprofessional management group i have ever been apart of. There is no reviews on performance, period, and if you speak up and ask why you will get fired. Read the 48 laws of power it explains management to a T. Be careful, dont fall for false promises, document everything, and be vigilant. Management will take your kindness as a weakness and if you speak up or try to give an opinion they will do everything possible to fire you and exploit anything and everything trying to make the shoe fit.
