- Way too much process for the size of the office - No one cares about their work - People are quitting every week and leadership team not doing anything about it - Benefits are lacklustre - Terrible products I was promised a lot when taking the offer but being here now, I am deeply regretting my decision to come to CA. There's always been a lot of hype around Layer 7 but I don't really see the technical talent so I think they've all left and I can't grow myself. I've worked with many product teams but the product team here is the worst. They act as bullies and pretending to be "technical" and defining solutions but instead we get terrible products that no one wants to use. They have no idea what they're talking about. The biggest pain is the executive team who refuse to let go of toxic individuals. There's rumours they're just trying to bleed the office. It's been more than 5 years since the CA acquisition but people who've never been at Layer7 still try to cling on to the old days which never actually happened.
