      Maybe just that’s some people are kind

      Cons

      Horrible management and structure. Work is not properly distributed. Some get more some get less. When you voice your opinion you are a cry baby or exaggerating. Management is fake making it seem like they care but all they care about is your output and that’s it. They don’t care that you are a human and might need a mental breaks from time to time.

      Pros

      I have a great manager that doesn’t micro manage and a great team. But this isn’t the case for everyone. Culture is overall relaxed, good smart people that care about delivering high quality work. You get to work on a variety of clients and methodologies.

      Cons

      I feel like they need more support at the lower levels, or any level really. Our average number of projects feels hefty now. The pay could be better.
