Pros

It could be fun and rewarding if you're not a target of abuse, but it certainly isn't enough to excuse their weaknesses. You need to identify quickly whether or not you'll wind up being a target but, to be honest, even if you wind up okay you're still condoning the abuse and letting the abusers get away with psychotic behavior by not speaking up. Really, don't even accept a job here unless you're already sick like the rest of them. You'll become a bad person if you aren't already. I've seen decent people here change into complete crooks and cowards in order to feel accepted.

Cons

Like all abusers, C+R is infamous for their particularly insidious justifications why they're allowed to dominate their victims and avoid having to take responsibility for their own actions and tempers. It's simple, they choose something small the victim does (if they don't invent something entirely) to use as an excuse to lash out, and then blame their victim for their own abusive behavior. All victim-blaming has C+R's type of justification at its roots. An abuser characterizes themselves as "reacting" to a behavior displayed by their victim, shifting the blame for a perceived initial transgression onto them. In C+R, a victim "has only themselves to blame" for putting themselves in a horrible situation, or for "provoking" an abuser by not going out of their way to placate or mollify them. Just like the classic example of an abuser who hits their victim and then asks "why did you make me do that?", these sociopaths will deliberately attack something they know the victim is sensitive about and, when the victim gets upset, protests that "it's just a joke; why don't you have a sense of humor?" Claiming "it's not funny" or otherwise calling them out is likely to be written off as either further proof of the victim's humorlessness or evidence that they're a "drama queen" who needs conflict to make themselves feel special. Said without a hint of irony or self-reflection, of course. Especially disgusting is how thin-skinned they are themselves. They can never take criticism, thinking they're above comments coming from the "impure" and that such "failures" have no right to free speech. They honestly believe that they're the only true humans and go as far as to nonperson anyone who resists them. They will do everything in their power to silence or dismiss anyone who raises any kind of objection. They always hide within their echo chambers to tell themselves, repeating "It can't be us" enough times until they squash all doubt pointing to the contrary.

Pros

I have a great manager that doesn’t micro manage and a great team. But this isn’t the case for everyone. Culture is overall relaxed, good smart people that care about delivering high quality work. You get to work on a variety of clients and methodologies.

Cons

I feel like they need more support at the lower levels, or any level really. Our average number of projects feels hefty now. The pay could be better.
