Cons

> Limited WFH > Limited A/L to outside bi-yearly busy periods > Long travel times for many audit client site visits (e.g. Luton / Milton Keynes / Horley / Winchester) > Overnight stays for jobs in other parts of the country > Unrealistic audit budgeting > Inconsistent approaches of Partners > Senior management out-of-touch with day-to-day practicalities
