Lack of trust from some senior staff.

Apologies for the delay, but we are so glad you had a good experience with us. Wishing you all the best for the future,
Company culture is great and the benefits offered help make it feel less like a corporate workplace. For example, they offer flexi-time which is helpful and takes into consideration other responsibilities or commitments that employees have outside of work.
Cons
Being a larger company split across different floors, it can make it harder to interact with employees from other teams, however the Company hosts regular social events to help minimise this divide.
