Pros
The team is such great, very multicultural, we have team members from all around the world. Everyone is helpful and supportive. We all work hard while get so much fun and learn a lot from each other. The whole company is very result-driven, that means everyone in the team need to be 100% responsible for your own projects. If you nicely achieved your KPIs and goals as aligned you would then get a very decent bonus. This can make us feel extremely fulfilled.
Cons
1. a lot of communication between different time-zones needed. Some just hate it but for me it's actually ok.. I'm very happy to get in touch with people from different countries and learn some more different culture.
