Pros
-Open door policy, management has always made themselves available to meet with and discuss anything with. -Management cares about you, your family and your career development whether it be with BMT or other employment. -Great employees! While BMT does hire entry level engineers, I have personally see them grow and excel in the technology industry. Our clients were not shy about commenting on who they liked and didn't. Mostly, it was positive. Great group of people! -Great experience to learn about different industries, their technology needs and a good place to grow.
Cons
-I think everyone says this about every where they work, but the pay or pay increases could've been more rewarding. -Training was a little bit "as you go" but that seems to be an industry standard.
