      Very flexible work schedule and working around personal needs. Some very passionate people and team oriented people.

      Cons

      Any good aspects are overshadowed in Deer Park office by (a) lack of predictable backlog leading to employee unpaid time off on regular basis and (b) management tendency to sell jobs under estimated cost and then blame employees.
