Pros

Work hours are adjusted to you needs.

Cons

No direction, guidance or expectation communicated. Supervisors set you up for failure. Low pay to begin with and very little at review time. Project managers and Supervisor do not listen to the input of the workers.

Pros

The management get bonuses off of slave labor.

Cons

This company is the epitome of what happens when leadership prioritizes profits and personal bonuses over people, purpose, and performance. The work environment is not just toxic—it’s actively corrosive. The management style is rooted in fear, control, and incompetence. Leaders are more concerned with protecting their own image and maximizing their bonuses than with building a healthy, productive team. Micromanagement is the norm, not the exception. Employees are treated like liabilities rather than assets. There is zero trust, and even less accountability—unless it’s about assigning blame. The level of professional incompetence is staggering. Many in leadership roles lack even a basic understanding of the work they oversee, leading to chaotic decision-making and constant rework. Innovation is stifled, and critical thinking is discouraged. If you’re competent, expect to be sidelined or scapegoated. Numerous employees have never even worked in the engineering industry. Morale is perpetually low. Turnover is high, and those who stay often do so out of necessity, not loyalty. Burnout is rampant. No avenue for feedback without retribution exists. True recognition is rare unless it serves a political purpose or your name is just the next one on the list. There is no transparency—only spin. Major decisions are made in secret, and employees are expected to adapt instantly without context or support. This is not a company—it’s a cautionary tale. If you value your mental health, professional growth, or basic human dignity, look elsewhere. No paycheck is worth the dysfunction, disarray, and disrespect that define this place. Oh, for a small hint of how deceptive this place is - most of the 5 star reviews on here were staged by the management to improve their "rating". Class act.
