      Loads of benefits, work culture is good, people are good

      Cons

      Commission is shocking 18 month ago basically cut over 70% of commission from everyone and basically salary is not competitive compared to other business similar

      Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.

      Changing leadership strategies have caused massive brain drain and offshoring.
