      High KPIs which can seem unattainable due to rising costs in private health insurance policies. Lots of push to redirect customers to consult online portals (e.g. using the app for claims and payments)

      Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.
