Pros
I spent 3 years at BP and feel very fortunate to have been provided the incredible platform to launch my career. I worked across a wide variety of engagements for clients and in each project, I had the opportunity to learn about a new industry, work with a new team, and learn new analyses and approaches to problem-solving. In addition, I got to interact closely with C-level executives in the client organization as well as many investment professionals at other firms. The partners at BP also kept a pulse on my areas of interest and gave me the opportunity to grow my responsibilities and lean into these areas of interest.
Cons
I joined BP when the company was very young and growing quickly. Like any high-growth company, some of the organizational change was a bit bumpy at times but management was very cognizant of creating a positive, team-oriented culture as we grew and ensuring processes were added when needed.
