Pros
Two things that stand out to me the most are the team and the product. The team is made up of top performers and I think that is a result of a rigorous hiring process and strong people-first culture (take care of your people so they can focus on winning). A big part of being on the team is loving to win and supporting one another. As well, the product is truly loved by our customers, and by that I mean it is easy to use, easy to learn, and creates a tangible improvement in their lives. It is rare to wake up every day and have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through our work.
Cons
Working for a team that spans the globe comes with some unique perks as well as some oddly timed meetings. Buildxact is a growing company and that comes with change and requires flexibility as well as operating outside of your job description.
