      Pros

      Amazing product is industry changer No Micro managing allow you to be creative and take on large responsibility and opportunity Talented team that promotes team work Rewarded for good work and receive recognititon Tons of fun and perks (bonuses, team outings, etc.)

      Cons

      Growing fast so always minor pains Paving a new path for an industry always has challenges as construction industry are laggards.

      Pros

      Two things that stand out to me the most are the team and the product. The team is made up of top performers and I think that is a result of a rigorous hiring process and strong people-first culture (take care of your people so they can focus on winning). A big part of being on the team is loving to win and supporting one another. As well, the product is truly loved by our customers, and by that I mean it is easy to use, easy to learn, and creates a tangible improvement in their lives. It is rare to wake up every day and have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through our work.

      Cons

      Working for a team that spans the globe comes with some unique perks as well as some oddly timed meetings. Buildxact is a growing company and that comes with change and requires flexibility as well as operating outside of your job description.
