Toxic as hell. Many, many people get fired. I specifically was recruited as a Junior, which isn't very common there. Made it very clear that I lack knowledge of specific technologies and such. Did my best to work extra hours, ask for feedback and more. After 3 months, I was called to a hearing. This was less than two weeks removed from a relative of mine dying (which my boss knew about and insisted I come to the office despite), less than one week before the holidays, presumably to save costs, and on the week of my birthday. I couldn't make this stuff up. The cause for termination was that I didn't fit because of my inexperience, which was emphasized by me in the interview stage. I asked if they feel I wasn't honest about it or wasn't working hard enough, and they said no. None of my claims were addressed.
